I stumbled upon farming almost 10 years ago and it completely revolutionized my approach to food. I firmly believe that the foundation of great cuisine lies in the quality of our ingredients, which is why I'm so passionate about sourcing locally and sustainably. In 2018, I founded Back to Basics, a company dedicated to providing meticulously curated dining experiences. Our signature four-course dinners feature ingredients harvested on the very same day, resulting in a culinary journey that engages all the senses. We even made sure to reserve a seat for the farmer, fostering insightful discussions about sustainable farming practices.
